Return Policy - non engraved items
 You may return any unengraved item for any reason for a 100% refund less shipping and handling provided it is received by us within 30 days from the date we shipped and we have received it in it's unused condition and in it's original packaging.

We are not responsible for items lost on their way back to us. There may be a restocking or damage charge for items improperly returned. Please include with the return the order number beginning with A. If you dont have it please include the name and phone number of the person who ordered.
